It’s a simple adapter USB-C male to female, in an angle, making the cable go behind the Deck, so it doesn’t wiggle on top.

How am I supposed to keep my deck up on it’s kickstand with it plugged in at the bottom?

Yeah there’s laptops that already have it on the left and on the right. It’s pretty nice
The Nintendo Switch has the port at the bottom with the connector built into the dock. IMO a better solution, particularly for playing handheld with the cable in.
